The minutes of the December 28 Teleconference were approved. Steve to place in public archives. 2. The IESG approved creation of the Web Intermediaries (webi) Working Group. Steve to send announcement. 3. The IESG approved creation of the Middlebox Communication (midcom) Working Group. Steve to make sure the latest description is available prior to sending out an announcement. 4. Steve to send out the WG Review message for the Evolution of SNMP (eos) Working Group to the IETF Announcement and new-work lists. 5. The IESG approved rechartering of the Trade WG. Steve to update WG records. 6. The IESG approved publication of Microsoft Point-To-Point Encryption (MPPE) Protocol as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement. 7. The IESG approved publication of Deriving Keys for use with Microsoft Point-to-Point Encryption (MPPE) as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement. 8. The IESG agreed to the publication if STRUCTURED DATA EXCHANGE FORMAT (SDXF) as an Informational RFC, but only with the inclusion of an IESG Note. Steve to reword Patrik's draft note and send to the IESG. Objections or comments to the text MUST BE (RFC2119) accompanied with alternate text. If no one objects, Steve to convey to RFC Editor. 9. The IESG had no problem with the publication of ECML v1.1: Field Specifications for E-Commerce as an Informational RFC. Patrik to write text for an RFC Editor note. Once received, Steve to forward on to RFC Editor. 10. The IESG had no problem with the publication of VLAN Aggregation for Efficient IP Address Allocation as an Informational RFC, but Steve to request RFC Editor to lowercase the single occurance of MAY and to remove RFC2119 from the reference list.
