# linesys

`linesys` is a LaTeX package for converting augmented-matrix-style input into
systems of linear equations or inequalities, and coefficient rows into linear
expressions.

## Requirements

The package loads:

- `amsmath`
- `xparse`
- `tikz`

TikZ is used by the built-in `\linesyscircled` pivot highlighter selected by
`pivots=true`.

## Minimal example

```latex
\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{linesys}
\begin{document}
\[
\begin{linesys}
  2&-1&3\\
  0&4&-2
\end{linesys}
\]
Inline: \linexpr{1&2&-3}.
\end{document}
```

The full user documentation is `linesys-manual.pdf`.

## Building and testing

The project uses `l3build`:

```text
l3build check
l3build doc
l3build ctan
```

`l3build check` runs the focused regression suite under pdfTeX, LuaTeX, and
XeTeX. `linesys-regression.tex` is the larger visual regression document used
for typography-sensitive checks that are not well represented by log output.
