DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 

GENERAL INFO:	This is a prototype of a new model I have been playing with
for some time. Dance was rather diffrent than my planned usage of it so I
didn't work up a dance scenario but rather improved it for motions I never
thought of when developing the model. Thus this is a test of the prototype.

	Please do not draw on these comments for your comments. 

	This is just a demo of some of the non-standard things the model can
do. Look for him in future animatiosn. At the moment nameless but Oscar is
in the running. 

	Yes, I know mpeg2 not mpeg1. However reading up on mpeg2 I find its
creators consider mpeg1 a subset of it mpeg2 in that the former controls
fewer paramaters but both have the same parameters. I have tested a dozen
viewers and all have worked on both. If anyone has a viewer that does not
see the animation please leave a comment with its name. And if you do have
one that does not work, check its age and consider upgrading as the first
step. All viewers since 1995 should be able to read both.
