Some issues:

1. Use 800x600.
2. It doesn't look like an octopus
3. The clouds look like ropes
4. The sky color doesn't make sense given the moon
    phase.

It's a nice concept.  I had to take some points off because of the small
size of the image and the logo is really distracting.  Maybe if you made
the logo partially transparent or something.

I would have loved to have seen a larger version of this image. Much of the detail of the octopus is lost in the small image size.
