DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

The man was created in Poser 4, exported to the wavefront file type, and then I
used 3DWin to convert it over to an MDL to use within Moray (using the
wavefront type in the middle made the conversion happen more smoothly than I
could any other way). I spent quit a bit of time attempting to capture an
expression and posture that lent to the theme I was going for.

With the man created and imported into moray I then modelled a picture frame
into his hand as if he were mourning over the loss of someone dear to him.
With that done, the structure about him was created. Initially it was
architecturally complex, but I wasn't finding myself satisfied with the results
until I stripped most of the architecture away because I felt the complexity
took away from the theme.

The next step was to write the poem (yes, I'm no poet, but I'm not a great
artist either for that matter). It is 100% original, far short of 100%
perfect, but it describes how I feel about the entire 9/11 issue the best I can
manage. I recognize that it is some time in the past, but it is something I've
never really addressed on a personal level until now.
