     DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS ANIMATION WAS CREATED:	
We started out with the idea of animating the inside of an old clock.  We researched old clocks and used    many pictures of old clocks for some ideas of the gears. The idea then switched to a huge machine that was partially human powered.  Putting the humans into the animation also gave the gears a sense of scale.
