To create this image, I used my own modeling/rendering/animation program
(see below) to create all the parts except for the tree. For that I used
another program I wrote called Sculptor. I also used Kai's Power Tools
to make the texture for the horse. The rendering time was about 10
minutes on a PowerMac 8100/80.

A quick plug:
The software I used for this image should be available as a beta/demo by
the time you read this. It runs on PowerMacs and is available from my
home page     http://www.cse.ucsc.edu/~clifton
or from sumex and its mirrors, probably in Graphics/Utility

Sculptor is also available from sumex, and maybe AOL, for both 68k and
PPC Macs.
