7.1 Extension of IETF protocols by other SDOs (Allison Mankin)

This management issue was discussed.  Allison Mankin and Thomas 
Narten will work on IETF vendor extensions draft. 

7.2 Guidance for spam-control on IETF mailing lists (Steve Bellovin) 

This management issue was discussed.
Action item: Steve Bellovin to write a revised version of the 
proposed revision of the IESG's guidelines for spam control on 
IETF mailing lists.

7.3 the IETF and anti-spam (Steve Bellovin) 

This management issue was discussed.

7.4 RFC Editor decision to publish draft-ogura-mapos-nsp-multiexp 
(Harald Alvestrand) 

This management issue was discussed.  
Action item: Harald Alvestrand to draft a note that the Secretariat 
will send to the RFC Editor, saying that the IESG is happy to leave 
the decision on publishing this document to the RFC Editor.
