The minutes of the November 18 Teleconference were approved. Steve to place in public archives. 2. Though tentatively approved earlier, the IESG consensus was that a revision to Applicability Statement for HTTP State Management was required before the IESG would consider publication of HTTP State Management Mechanism as an RFC. Ned to submit a -01 version of the cookies document and Keith to update the WG on the concerns of the IESG. A new last call will be issued for this document to be published as an Informational RFC, reclassifying its predecessor as Historic. 3. The IESG approved creation of the Resource Capability Discovery (rescap) Working Group in the Applications Area. Steve to update records and send announcement. 4. Revised/updated charters for IPSP, DNSEXT, and IMPAPEXT are to be submitted. Once done, Steve will add to agenda for final consideration. 5. The IESG approved publication of Sampling of the Group Membership in RTP as an Experimental Protocol. Steve to send announcement. 6. The IESG approved publication of Dynamic Hostname Exchange Mechanism for IS-IS as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement. 7. The IESG approved publication of Dual Stack Hosts using the "Bump- In-the-Stack" Technique (BIS) as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.
